Wecord delivers worldwide! We always aim to ship orders within one weekday after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Please be aware that in some cases, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes upon receiving your order in your country. These potential charges are at your sole responsibility, and we do not take any responsibility for any import duties or taxes that may occur in your homeland country.

Exchanges and Returns
1 Without limiting your statutory rights, you may cancel a Contract at any time before your Order is delivered and up to 15 days afterward, beginning on the day the Product(s) are delivered to you or someone appointed by you (other than the carrier) receives the Product(s). By cancelling the Contract, you may return any Product(s) purchased from us within 15 days and request a refund or an exchange.
2 To cancel a Contract, you must clearly inform us, preferably:
2.1 by email (to contact@wecord.co.uk), or
2.2 by WhatsApp (on +44 7435 398 735) giving us your name, address, and Order reference number.
3 You do not have any right to (a) cancel your Contract for the supply of, and/or (b) refund and/or (c) exchange any Product/s that have been engraved or otherwise made to your bespoke specifications (unless such Product/s were damaged, defective, or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered).
4 The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than if they are defective or not as ordered:
- Custom-made products through our Bracelet Lab
- Engraved or personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Perfumes
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during sales or promotions (exchange only for items of equal or higher value)
5 All shipping costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The original shipping fees will always be deducted from any refund amount.
6 Return shipping is always at the customer's expense. The cost of returning items to us will be deducted from your refund amount.
7 You must return the Product(s) to us at your own cost within 14 days after the day of notifying us of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the Product(s), from your refund.
8 When processing refunds, we will deduct:
- The original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- The return shipping costs (paid by customer)
- Any costs due to product damage or excessive handling
9 We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned items, deducting all applicable fees as described above. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
10 For exchanges, if the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the original value, you must pay the difference. If the value is lower, the difference will be credited to your original payment method.
11 Sale/discounted items may only be exchanged for products of equal or higher value. Price differences must be paid by the customer.
12 These deductions apply to all returns except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
